We operate a strong appraisal and 1:1 process where we are able to continually focus on your own personal and professional development opportunities and assess your motivations within the role and future career goals within the organisation. There are also multiple opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development through our in-house and external training programmes.

Our focus lies with pupils who often find themselves disengaged from education, on the brink of exclusion, or burdened by low aspirations. At Think for the Future, we offer them an opportunity to not only strive but to excel in both their academic and personal development. This transformation is made possible through delivering a strong and relatable curriculum covering all areas of social and emotional resilience leading to the evidenced results of heightened aspirations, and improved behaviour.

Our team members confidently deliver a comprehensive curriculum, covering a wide array of topics, ranging from anger and impulse management to motivation and determination.
